Received a sign that was already used with scratches all over it
Misleading advertising! They are the experts and they are supposed to gather as much information as needed to make sure they provide the customer with what they want. Instead, they just grab the money whether the product works or not. POOR POST-SALE service!
The print job was fantastic, actually better than I expected. However, when I contacted the company the day before the delivery was due I was disappointed in customer service. I wasn't told why the delivery was delayed or when it would arrive just that it was still in production. I was told I'd get an email within 24 hours with new delivery date and explanation. When I didn't receive an email a week later I reached out a second time (after the original due date). I was told there was a problem in printing (I understand these things happen) and to wait until the next day for the shipment. No explanation as to why I didn't get email after first inquiry and was not offered any discount for late delivery.

Absolutely amazing display! It was my brand's first exhibition booth (I usually do events work as event staff/management for other companies), and it was exactly what I needed for this opportunity!
It was easy to set up/break down, looked great, AND stood out even despite being next to a prominent booth by the event's host company! (My neighbors to the opposite side even asked me where I got it since it was so unique, hahah.)
For reference: we were occupying a 10x10 spot, so if you need something to place-hold a spot that size (as in my case where I couldn't be at the booth full-time or have dedicated staff to stay at it) or embellish on a table setup you already have, I can't recommend this more highly!

Love them! They seem pretty durable and they are very reflective! Cant wait to use them to direct folks to our campouts so they dont get lost at night, and will definitely be back for more when needed!
Turnaround Service was brilliant, package was beyond what was expected and the quality is great.
Highly recommended.
