The design looks just like the proof and it's blended into the rest of the mug. Customer service was OUTSTANDING and the communication was excellent throughout! In person, the mug looks extremely professional! My only two complaints are that I wish that the mug was a little bigger with a thicker handle for enhanced durability, and I wish the mugs came in colors other than white. Other than that, I'm extremely pleased! Repeat purchase and they were great like before Delivered on the date that was stated on the website, nice quality, good colour. no complaints!
