I had a very frustrating experience with this company. We ordered 3 banners, but they sent us 4, with one of the banners split and printed incorrectly. This forced us to overlap the banners to make them work. To make matters worse, all the banners arrived wrinkled. When we contacted them to request a refund or correction, they refused unless we put the banners up first. After we did, they claimed the wrinkles were due to "user error" rather than a packaging or handling mistake on their part.
They agreed to resend the one incorrect banner but refused to address the issues with the other banners, citing "user error" despite our extensive experience with similar products. Additionally, although their headquarters is listed as being in Atlanta, their operations appear to be based overseas in India. Customer service has been unhelpful, repeatedly passing us off to an escalation team that doesn't offer direct communication. Despite providing them with my phone number for a callback, they never called and instead continued to avoid addressing my concerns via email.
Overall, their service has been appalling, and I strongly advise against using their services.

The material is thin. Not high quality. I tried to apply to the window and it got stuck and tear. Don't recommend it. I tried to reach out to their customer service but never got back. I email them but nothing come back either. The products take forever to come.

The tag is very nice. I'm not sure if i can tell if it's reflective are not yet.
The signs came in 2 pieces a piece. They did not line up and had to overlap the 2 pieces to even try and get it to match. With the lights on you cannot see the banners. I'm now going to have to go on the other side of the window to place a backing so you can actually see it. It took almost 3 hours to put up my 4 pieces. 2 images with 2 parts a piece.
